Un viaje por países y continentes, a través de diferentes sabores, especias y aromas. Cada menú surge en mi cabeza mientras yo cocino.
Es una sorpresa tanto para ustedes como para mí, ya que ni yo preveo la creación en la sartén ni el resultado que llegará hasta ustedes: tal es para mí el arte
que reside en esta aventura, siendo el objetivo mimarles con nuestra comida y presentaciones. Por ello, dicen a menudo, nuestros menús son únicos e irrepetibles.

Each menu begins in my head while I cook.
It is as surprising for me as it is for you, because I don´t know myself what will be created in the pans until it is completed and served to you. In my opinion, that is the beauty of this adventure, to see you enjoying our food in our restaurant. This is
the reason why people often say that our menus are unique and very difficult to reproduce again.
Degustations Menü
Versuchen sie das Abenteuer - Bamira Degustation.
Machen sie mit uns eine Reise durch Länder, Kontinente,
verschiedene Geschmäcker, Gewürze und Gerichte.
Jedes Menü entsteht bei mir im Kopf während der Arbeit am Herd.
Die Spannung ist für mich genauso gross wie für Sie am Tisch, denn keiner
von uns weiss was in den Pfannen entsteht, und wie Sie es am Ende auf dem Teller von uns serviert bekommen. Für mich ist es “Kunst” sie mit spannenden Gerichten und außergewöhnlichen Dekorationen einen Abend lang zu verwöhen. Unsere Menüs sind daher meist einzigartig und können fast nicht wiederholt werden.
